Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Wheatbaker Spa. These Terms and Conditions outline the guidelines for use of our spa facilities, services, and treatments. By booking or using any of our services, guests agree to comply with the policies stated below. 

1. Appointments & Booking 

  • All spa treatments require prior booking and confirmation.
  • Walkins are welcome but subject to therapist and room availability.
  • A valid phone number or email address is required at the time of booking.
  • Guests are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment. 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling 

  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 6 hours prior to the appointment.
  • Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment may attract a 50% charge.
  • 100% charge will apply for noshows or lastminute cancellations (within 1 hour of treatment time). 

3. Payments & Pricing 

  • All prices are listed in Naira and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payments can be made via cash, card, or approved digital payment platforms.
  • Prepayment may be required during peak periods or for group bookings. 

4. Gift Cards & Vouchers 

  • Gift cards are nonrefundable and must be presented at the time of service.
  • They cannot be redeemed for cash and are valid only until the specified expiry date. 

5. Health & Safety 

  • Guests with medical conditions (including pregnancy, allergies, skin conditions, or chronic illnesses) must inform the spa team before treatment.
  • The spa reserves the right to decline service if a treatment is deemed unsafe for the guest.
  • The environment is strictly nonsmoking

6. Personal Belongings 

  • Lockers are provided for convenience, but guests are responsible for their personal items.
  • The Wheatbaker Spa is not liable for lost or damaged items. 

7. Code of Conduct 

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other clients.
  • Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of treatment without refund. 

8. Use of Facilities 

  • Use of spa facilities (sauna, relaxation lounges, etc.) is limited to guests with confirmed treatments unless otherwise stated. 

9. Children & Minors 

  • Children under 16 years are not permitted in the spa treatment areas.
  • Minors aged 16–18 may receive select treatments with parental consent. 

10. Privacy & Confidentiality 

  • All guest information is handled with strict confidentiality.
  • The spa may contact guests for confirmations, promotions, or followups unless opted out. 

11. Refund Policy 

  • Refunds are not issued for completed services.
  • Products purchased can only be returned if unopened and within 7 days, with proof of purchase. 

12. Right to Refuse Service

  • The Wheatbaker Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, behaves improperly, or poses a health risk. 

13. Liability Disclaimer 

  • Treatments are carried out with the utmost care; however, results may vary.
  • The spa is not responsible for adverse reactions if guests fail to disclose medical conditions or allergies.
