1. What drew you to the world of holistic therapy?

I've always believed in the importance of treating the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. Growing up, I have always had love for natural remedies and self-care. This inspired me to explore the art of being a holistic therapy, where I could help others achieve balance and harmony in their lives.

2. How do you combine mind, body, and spirit in your treatments?

I believe each aspect of a person's being is interconnected. During treatments, I incorporate techniques like mental focus, breathing, body movements, and energy healing to promote relaxation and calm the mind. I also use natural ingredients and massage therapy to nourish the body. By doing so, I help my clients achieve a deeper sense of relaxation and connection to their inner selves.

3. What’s your favorite natural ingredient to work with?

I'm a big fan of lavender! Its calming and soothing properties make it perfect for promoting relaxation and reducing stress. I love incorporating lavender essential oil into my treatments, whether it's through massage oil, bath salts, or a soothing mist.

4. How do you help guests feel emotionally restored after a session?

I create a safe and nurturing space for clients to unwind and release emotions. Active listening, empathy, and compassion are essential in my practice. With my massage techniques, I maintain and channel a non judgemental energy and focus on the mind and body.

5. What’s one common wellness myth you like to debunk?

The idea that wellness is a one-size-fits-all approach. Everyone's journey is unique, and what works for one person might not work for another. I believe in tailoring treatments to each individual's specific needs and preferences.

6. How has your journey as a therapist changed your view on life?

It's taught me the importance of self-care and prioritizing my own well-being. I've become more patient, compassionate, and understanding - not just with clients but with myself and others in my life.

7. What type of massage or bodywork do you specialize in?

I'm trained in various modalities, but I specialize in intuitive massage and energy healing. I believe in listening to the body and allowing the client's needs to guide the treatment.

8. How do you maintain harmony in your own wellness routine?

I prioritize self-care, and nature walks. I also make time for activities that bring me joy, like working out, reading, and spending time with loved ones.

9. What does “healing through touch” mean to you personally?

To me, healing through touch is about creating a safe and nurturing space for clients to release emotional and physical tension. allowing the client to feel seen, heard, and cared for.

10. If your spa room had a name, what would it be and why?

"Serenity Oasis" - I love the idea of creating a peaceful haven where clients can escape the stresses of everyday life and find inner calm. The name reflects the tranquil atmosphere I strive to create in my spa room, where clients can relax, unwind, and rejuvenate.
