1. What inspired you to become a spa therapist?

I’ve always been fascinated by the human body and natural ways to relieve stress. Over time, I discovered I had a natural touch for massage and enjoyed making people feel comfortable and relaxed. That passion grew into a career as a spa therapist.

2. How would you describe your approach to wellness and relaxation?

My approach is gentle and nurturing. I focus on helping clients unwind, recharge, and feel cared for. I create a calm space where they can let go of tension and restore both their inner and outer well-being.

3. What’s your favorite treatment to perform and why?

My favorite treatments are those that allow me to create deep relaxation and genuine transformation for clients. Whether it’s a massage, facial, or body scrub, I enjoy tailoring each treatment to meet the client’s needs and seeing the calm, refreshed look on their face afterward — that’s the best reward

4. How do you ensure each guest feels comfortable and cared for?

To ensure each guest feels cared for, I combine professionalism with genuine kindness. I pay attention to small details — from greeting them warmly to ensuring the treatment room feels peaceful. I always check in before, during, and after the session to make sure their expectations are met and they leave feeling truly looked after.

5. What’s one small ritual you practice daily for balance?

Every morning, I start my day with stretching and a cup of warm herbal tea. It’s a simple routine that helps me wake up my body gently and begin the day feeling balanced and refreshed.

6. How do you create the perfect atmosphere for a treatment?

I focus on creating an atmosphere that engages all the senses — calming scents, gentle music, warm lighting, and a peaceful tone in my voice. I move slowly and intentionally to keep the energy in the room calm. Every small detail contributes to helping the guest feel balanced, grounded, and completely at ease.

7. What does luxury wellness mean to you?

To me, luxury wellness means providing an experience that goes beyond the ordinary — where every detail is designed to promote comfort, peace, and renewal. It’s not just about expensive products, but about the quality of care, the attention to detail, and the feeling of being truly cared for. Luxury wellness is when a guest leaves feeling transformed, valued, and deeply relaxed.

8. How do you unwind after a busy day at the spa?

After work, I enjoy a peaceful walk or a relaxing bath — something that helps me slow down and reflect. Taking that time for myself helps me stay balanced and ready to give my best to my clients the next day.

9. What’s one wellness tip you’d share with every guest?

I always remind guests that self-care isn’t a luxury — it’s a necessity. Taking time to rest, hydrate, and listen to your body helps maintain both physical and emotional well-being.

10. How would you describe The Wheatbaker Spa experience in three words?
