1. what inspired you to work in the hospitality and spa industry?

These came from a variety of factors including a passion for creating positive experiences for guest and also the fast paced and dynamic environment including opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Preparing a spa space for a guest involves a comprehensive approach focusing on hygiene, ambiance, and comfort. The goal is to create a serene and welcoming sanctuary where guests can immediately begin to relax.

Creating a peaceful environment means establishing a space where individuals feel physically and emotionally safe, calm, and comfortable.

4. What's one task that brings you quiet joy during your day?

My cleaning job: it's one task that really brings me joy in my everyday activities.

Making every treatment room feel special involves a combination of sensory details, personalised touches, and a focus on comfort and ambiance.

6. What's your secret to keeping everything organised and spotless?

My secret to keeping a space organised and spotless is a combination of minimizing clutter, establishing simple detail habits and systems being consistent.

7. How do you feel knowing your work contributes to the guest relaxation?

It makes me feel cool and makes me want to do more better to achieve more better results.

8. What's your favourite part of the spa to take of and why?

As a Calm keeper, every segment in the spa is my favourite especially the reception, smile 😊.

Why, because it creates a crucial first impression, reflects the Spa overall quality and professionalism, and ensures guest comfort and safety. A dirty or messy reception can lead to negative perceptions, while a pristine one builds trust, encourages repeat business, and contributes to a positive guest experience throughout their stay.

9. What message would you like the guest to feel through your work?

Through my work, I would like the guest to feel Valued, comfortable, and appreciated. The core message is that they are more than just a transaction. They are a priority and a welcome part of the environment.

The Wheatbaker spa is a tranquil retreat within the hotel known for it's relaxation atmosphere, professional Therapists, and luxury products. It represents a dedicated space for pampering and rejuvenation. Combining it with Calming Scents like lemongrass with a Variety of health and beauty.
